New guide to fractional and shared ownership property

Author Elaine Joli has published a new guide for consumers, called Vacation Nation, and subtitled “The Complete Guide to Timeshare, Private Residence Clubs, Fractionals and Destination Clubs”.

Joli has many years of experience in real estate marketing, working with resort developers across the United States and Canada. She describes the motivation for writing this book as coming from the simple observation that “there were so many folks who would wander into the sales gallery, not having a clue about shared ownership/use.” The book provides all the basics to the consumer, so when a consumer starts a conversation with a sales person, they both start from the same place.
