New dates announced for Registry Collection fractional roadshows

Fractional real estate exchange operator The Registry Collection has rearranged the dates for its series of fractional ownership roadshows.

The locations and new dates for the seminars, which are described as “must-attend events for anyone involved in or who wants to find out more about fractional ownership” are as follows:
• Costa del Sol, Spain - Tuesday 24 May 2011
• Paphos, Cyprus - Wednesday 1 June 2011
• Florence, Italy - Tuesday 28 June 2011
• Cascais, Lisbon, Portugal - Tuesday 13 September 2011

Fractional Life is a media partner for the events, which will feature expert presentations on:
• The benefits of fractional ownership in Europe 2011
• Fractional ownership in the local market
• Local case studies of two resorts now including fractional ownership
• EU shared ownership legislation and local legal considerations
• Consumer confidence and protection
• Business planning and the right product for market
• Fractional ownership financing and pension plans
• Efficient and effective sales and marketing
• Networking event and meeting with the experts

The roadshows are aimed at developers, brokers, tourism authorities and the real estate press.
Registration to attend a one day session is €59 + local taxes per delegate, with space limited to 30 places per session.
