Marrakech resort to include Jade Jagger designed private residence club villas
A new resort in Marrakech which will feature Africa's first Baglioni Hotel, will also include private residence club villas designed by Jade Jagger for yoo.
The five-star hotel and residential development is set within a 34-acre parkland resort in Marrakech. Due to open in 2011, the resort comprises five components: a 72 room boutique hotel operated by Baglioni Hotels Group; 15 four and five bedroom residences designed by Jade Jagger for yoo; a 1500 square metre spa and fitness club operated by Six Senses Spa; a branded destination restaurant operated by a high profile international restaurateur; and an area dedicated to private events.
The four- and five-bedroom freehold residences will measure between 665 to 815 square metres, and include secure parking, extensive gardens, terraces and swimming pool. They will be sold off-plan from October 2010, either through whole ownership (priced from €1.95 million to €2.3 million) or in 1/10th shares entitling buyers to five weeks usage per year. Membership to a five-bedroom residence is €345,000. The four-bedroom membership is €290,000. Build completion is expected in the first half of 2012.
Owners of the Residences will be able to take advantage of The Baglioni Marrakech rental pool programme. Each Residence has been designed so that every bedroom can be individually rented through the hotel inventory, thereby allowing owners to benefit from good returns (60% of the net rental income) as well as a management and maintenance services contract.
Residence owners and members of the Residence Club have access to the Baglioni Hotel, Six Senses Spa, fitness centre and services including concierge service with in-house cooking, shopping service, travel arrangements and chauffeurs.
